- D - Small two bedroom (24), 869 sq. ft, $661.96 per month condo fee.
- E - Large two bedroom (11), 988 sq. ft, $736.50 per month condo fee.
- F - Three bedroom (3), 1214 sq. ft, $875.75 per month condo fee.
2. Price ranges
One bedroom - from $91,650.00 to $97,527.00
One bedroom with a den - from $116,047.00 to $114,291.00
Small two bedroom – from $117,127.00 to $123,421.00
Large two bedroom – from $134,008.00 to $139,724.00
Three bedroom - from $160,874.00 to $167,116.00
3. Double occupancy adds $25 per month to condo fee.
4. Town of Unity environmental levy of $33.34 per month
5. Garages are available. Underground parking $10, 050.00 and adds $18.50 to condo fee to cover taxes. Outside garage $8, 500.00 and adds $17.00 to condo fee to cover taxes.
